1. Services Provided
We offer:
Auworksafe – Consulting – WHS consulting, safety audits, risk management, and compliance support.
Worksafe Training Australia – Online and face-to-face WHS training programs, short courses, and customised learning solutions.

When accessing our websites or participating in our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current information when registering or communicating with us
Use our materials, resources, and training content only for lawful purposes

3. Payment and Refunds
All fees for consulting or training services must be paid as per the agreed invoice terms.
For training courses, cancellations must be received in writing at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled session to receive a refund (minus any processing fees).
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or cancellations made after the cut-off period, except as required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, training materials, and images, is the intellectual property of Auworksafe – Consulting and Worksafe Training Australia unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

You are responsible for applying WHS principles in accordance with your workplace’s unique circumstances and legal obligations.
